POLICIES
MATTING AND FRAMING
Prints are provided unmatted and unframed. You can usually have them done locally - and more to your personal taste anyway - and no doubt for less money. I include a guide showing optimum archival procedures and standards recommended for permanence. The prints may vary a bit from the listed sizes due to differing formats of the images.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, I can't guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match what I see on mine. There are so many potential variables that no one can make such a guarantee. As a consequence, I can't offer returns. If you have any doubts that you'll be satisfied with the print you'll receive, I suggest that you just enjoy the image on your monitor and hold off buying a print.
When it comes to cancellations, if you simply have a change of heart after having already purchased a print, please notify me within 24 hours of the sale and I will cancel the order.
SHIPPING
My concern with shipping is that the shipment arrives safely and in a timely manner. I use a mailing tube to help prevent the print from being crunched in transit. I stipulate up to 2 weeks as a shipping time. That should be an extreme worst case scenario. I expect the reality to be far shorter. And though we've all heard our share of bizarre stories about the U. S. Post Office, I personally have never had a bad experience with them, so I use them for my shipments. Having said that, in the event that there is a problem, once the package is out of my hands, it does become the responsibility of the Post Office. If you'd like even more protection, you can choose to apply insurance - at extra cost. That cost will also include an even stronger mailing tube.
Until I figure out the ins and outs of shipping things internationally - rates - customs, etc, I am limiting sales to the continental U.S.A.
PAYMENT
I have found that PayPal is the simplest and easiest method of payment, so that is my choice at this point.
PRIVACY
I havn't the slightest interest in sharing any information at all regarding my buyers, nor would I even know how to do so if I was interested.
